Since then, every creation that comes to life in the Roman atelier in Via di Monte d’Oro has marked a milestone in an extraordinary adventure in the name of technical excellence, stylistic research and design. With a limited number of a few hundred exclusive pieces per year, Riccardo Zannetti signs a watchmaking production that combines technological savoir-faire with the finest decorative techniques.
A renowned bespoke service welcomes the requests of collectors and enthusiasts from all over the world: the creation of each Zannetti watch always begins with the drawing of the sketch, in pencil, pastel and charcoal, and then gives life to unique timepieces, in the sign of maximum personalization. Precious writing instruments, cufflinks and jewels complete a collection that combines class and functionality. With a specific network of dealers and boutiques, Zannetti is active in Europe, Hong Kong, Middle East and the USA. Rome has always been in the background, the guardian of a precious goldsmith tradition and cradle of the family. To underline the proud origin and the inseparable link with the city, the epigraph “Hand Made Rome” is engraved on most of the timepieces.
2022 is the year that marks the milestone of 40 years of activity. As an authentic contemporary designer and creative, as well as an excellent master in the art of watchmaking, Riccardo Zannetti has decided to continue the exploration within the field of his work, that is the measure of Time. So, the first “celebratory” watch is a special limited 40th edition of the Regent collection, with steel case, automatic Swiss movement and personalized finishes, but above all by an unprecedented mother-of-pearl dial, engraved and then enameled in yellow, orange, blue , Red and black. “Our watches are the result of ancient abilities – Zannetti tells us – of artistic and emotional skills that go far beyond the complex time machine, giving the buyer the opportunity to wear a unique object on the wrist. In this we are similar to the great chefs, who create extraordinary and always different dishes together with their work team. According to this, our engraved and hand painted dials are similar to an iconic culinary composition, as this one seems to mean: I am here, I am not equal to anyone».
